15-Day Guarantee Return & Exchange Policy

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly to make return as easy as possible!

We offer FREE returns on unworn or defective garments for all eligible US orders.

Customers in Canada need to pay for returns to the United States. We apologize that returns are not supported for other countries at the moment, but we are working to improve this gradually.

All Ulivary garments are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery as long as they are sent back in their original condition (unworn, undamaged, unwashed with all tags attached).

Lingerie must have original tags attached and we only accept underwear in unworn condition, with original tags and stickers, in its unopened original polybag.

  • Returns and exchanges are currently only accepted for US orders.
  • Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For health and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on briefs.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Step1: Neatly fold your items and ship them back in their original condition (unworn, undamaged, unwashed with all tags attached) within 7 days from when the return is initiated.

 

Step2: Please contact our Customer Service Team service@ulivarylife.com, we will help you return immediately, please allow 1-2 business days to process your request.

 

Step3: Return all original packaging and include your order receipt with a detailed reason for return noted on your receipt. Print the return label* and tape it on the outside of the package. 

 

Step4: Please attach the provided UPS return label and take your package to your local UPS office. Once done, we will process your return as soon as we receive it.

 

Step5: Please allow 3-7 business days for your return/exchange to be processed once we receive back your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or your Ulivary Wallet, as per your request.

 

Unfortunately , due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

General Return Policy

A return must be requested within 15 days of delivery, after which item must be sent back within 7 days. Items must be unworn, undamaged & unwashed with all Ulivary tags attached.


The following are not eligible for refund or exchange

- Final sale itemsnoted in the item's product description page
- Clearance itemsnoted in the item's product description page
- Gifts with purchase
- Original Shipping Fees
- Egift Cards

If it is your first time returning an item from the USA, we have your shipping fee covered. Otherwise, please cover the shipping fee by self.
